Beginning December 15, 2011 you will receive a packet of information from Louisiana Medicaid regarding new health plans from Bayou Health. As a Medicaid or LaCHIP recipient, you MUST CHOOSE a health plan that fits your needs by January 15, 2012. The packet will contain information on five different plans. Children's International Medical Group WILL ONLY WORK WITH THREE OF THESE HEALTH PLANS. The plans we will work with are:
