Thank you for your interest in Children's International Medical Group. As a relatively new Louisiana pediatrics medical corporation we are experiencing rapid growth and expansion. We are now providing pediatric services in multiple locations. We currently have clinics all throughout Southern Louisiana in Slidell, Lacombe, Hammond, Chalmette, Franklinton, Kenner, and Amite.Our success is the result of our hard work in building a reputation of excellent medical care in a nurturing environment that has built trust among health care providers, parents and patients of our community.Our Story
The idea of Children's International Medical Group was born many years ago, during endless on call nights while in our residency, when my colleagues and I would dream about the future of our medical practices. The name originated from the diverse cultural and ethnical representation of pediatricians from around the world.In 1991 the dream became a reality and Children's International Medical Group was formed. In the beginning the concept was that of a pediatric multi-specialty clinic, however, it has rapidly progressed into the development of pediatric intensive care and hospital services as well as a general pediatric component. We have now adopted a "corporate" approach and are expanding into new markets and developing further services.For our Pediatricians, Specialists, & Nurse Practitioners...
The Concept: Children's International Medical Group thrives and grows with the simple philosophy that the relationship between the providers and the company has to be a win/win venture. We clearly understand the negative impact that without a doubt will develop if the balance is tilted in either way. Therefore, the concept is simple: providers themselves identify the weekly work load that they are comfortable with, based on their personal and professional needs as well as their capability. Children's International will then, according to specialty and practice style, set a minimum income guarantee (based on a percentage) that provides a safety net for the provider. In the event that the provider's productivity exceeds the income guarantee (most likely), then the financial benefit is immediately transmitted to the provider, therefore providing instant gratification for his/her hard work. On the other hand, if a provider is only interested in a limited practice, we offer that flexibility without the expenses of a solo practice and without the restrictions of a large institution. You profit from your work therefore you work as hard as you want! Children's International profits from networking among our staff, spreading the overheads and by keeping the cost down.
