Stephanie Ford is a Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who has been in the nursing profession for twenty one years. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Florida State university and her Master's Degree in Child Health Nursing at the the University of South Alabama in 1999. She recently retired from the United States Navy after serving twenty years. While in the Navy she spent her entire Navy career providing health care to military children. She was stationed in San Diego,CA; Dallas, Teaxs; Pensacola, Florida; Washington D.C.; Beaufort, South Carolina;and Guam. She has also had the opportunity to travel to several countries such as Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Bali, and Singapore, just to name a few. With backgrounds in Pediatric Emergency Medicine, Child Abuse, and Children with Developmental Delays, she has vast work experience in various pediatric departments. She has an interest in Pediatric Obesity and Childhood Mental Health and loves to work with children of all ages. Stephanie joined Children's International in December 2010. She has been married to her husband, Jeff, for 16 years and has three wonderful children: Jackson, Kennedy, and Andrew.
