Joshua Mott was born and raised just outside of New Orleans in an area of the region known as the Westbank. After graduating from Jesuit High School in 2002, Josh moved to Baton Rouge where he attended Louisiana State University. After a few years as an English major, Josh began taking studio art courses to give himself a break from the traditional "book classes." It was in these hands-on art classes that Josh discovered his love for photography, changed his major, and never looked back. After graduating in 2008, Josh decided to move back to the New Orleans area. In 2011 he and his wife, Brittany, moved to her hometown of Slidell. Josh joined the marketing department for Children's International in April of 2011. During his time off Josh enjoys making artwork, spending time at home with his wife, their dogs, family and friends. He and Brittany are awaiting the arrival of their first child in June of 2012.Favorite Quote: “Our hands and minds, legs and mouths, eyes and ears, arms and feet were all made with purpose, and though you may never find that exact purpose, it is your obligation to yourself and God to search for it, and to search endlessly for a perfection that, though you will never achieve it, you must seek. Hobbies: Photography, building furniture, road trips, camping.
