Dr. Jennifer Hinrichsen Maraia is a Board Certified Pediatrician. She was born and raised in Slidell, Louisiana. She graduated from Louisiana State University in 1997 with a major Zoology, and a minor in Psychology. She then attended Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, and graduated in 2001 with her MD. She completed her pediatric residency with Louisiana State University School of Medicine and Children's Hospital in New Orleans. She joined Children's International Medical Group in January of 2012 and will be at our Slidell Clinic. She, her husband Frank, and their daughter currently live in Slidell.

Most Inspired By: My daughter inspires me to be a better person, to believe in miracles, and to appreciate the little joys in life every day.

Hobbies: Spending time with my family, reading, gardening, fishing, and LSU football.
